MagnumModels has been in business since 2004 as professional model management conpany located in Bowling Green, Kentucky and representing models worldwide. Our team concept for the business has resulted in the building of photography and film divisions, in addition to the model management division.
We at magnummodels believe each and every one of our models are special! We work with several who are onsite already and some who are not here yet. However being a magnummodels requires some special attention to the code of ethics! We do this because our models must keep their heads clear and be a professional. Some of the things that can result in a suspension of your contract, a review, or possibly being totally removed from magnummodels are below:
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ALLOWED! (Granted we can not be with our models 24 hours a day, but if it becomes knowledge to us that you are using or associating in more than a casual contact with those who are this will be grounds for immediate release upon investigation completion.) All are given a chance to defend themselves, but we don’t want this atmosphere as part of our organization.
Continually being drunk when you are suppose to be professional and at a photo shoot!
ANY FELONY ARREST: Background checks are usually done when you first become a model with us and a felony arrest can be grounds for not becoming one of our models. Current models who become arrested of a felony will be on suspension of contract status pending the outcome of an official investigation.
NOT GIVING PROPER NOTICE TO MANAGEMENT: Whenever you’re ask to work with someone or your agent brings you information, or emails it to you about a photo shoot, photographer or company wanting to work with you, then you have to give at least a 72 hour time frame for agent to reply with your status. This is more of a technical issue and can be somewhat flexible on some reasons of not being properly notified such as deaths, hospitalization or other legit medical reasons.
DOWNGRADING THE COMPANY: Any model who willingly degrades the company here at magnummodels or another model can be grounds for suspension of contract. Also this applies to making any comments that one model gets more than another while you’re still under contract.
If and when you ever feel something is unfair, its policy to bring it to the President of the company right away to see if you have a legitimate complaint or if it is something no more than a misunderstanding.
REMEMBER YOU SHOULD BE PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN THE PUBLIC. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN’T BE HUMOROUS OR HAVE A GOOD TIME. IT MEANS YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF WHERE TO DRAW YOUR LINES TO PREVAIL AS A PROFESSIONAL IN A VERY DIVERSE BUSINESS.
BREACH OF CONTRACT: THIS MEANS NOT HONORING YOUR CONTRACT AS YOU ORIGINALLY SIGNED TO DO!
BEING A PAID ESCORT ON YOUR OWN OR FOR AN ESCORT SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED AND IF ANY MODEL IS EVER FOUND TO BE INVOLVED THEY WILL IMMEDIATELY BE REMOVED FROM OUR ORGANIZATION. WE ARE A LEGAL ORGANIZATION AND INTEND TO DO LEGAL WORK WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Being unable to perform during a photo shoot due to the fact you were out drinking or partying the night before. Depending on the circumstances of this action, you will either be reprimanded, suspended, or removed from the company.
Any model who is intoxicated and unable perform will face a review up to removal from the organization of magnummodels.com
